Return Policy

Ledford Billiard Supply Return & Exchange Policy

At Ledford Billiard Supply, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, custom-designed furniture and game room equipment. Each order is crafted with precision and care to meet your specifications, and we aim for complete customer satisfaction.

However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Phase 1: Pre-Production & Design Review
    • You may request changes or cancel your order during the design review stage before production begins (Phase 1). At this point, you can make modifications to your order details, including size, finishes, or product options.
    • No fees apply for modifications or cancellations during this phase.
  • Phase 2: Post-Order Confirmation & Pre-Production
    • Once your order enters Phase 2 (typically when materials are ordered or production has begun), we are unable to process changes, cancellations, or refunds.
    • At this stage, any cancellation request may be subject to a restocking fee up to 50% of the order total, depending on the status of production. Refunds will not be available after Phase 2 is initiated, as custom manufacturing has begun.

Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final after Phase 2 of production. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom products, including shuffleboards, pool tables, arcade furniture, or racing simulators, once they are in production or have shipped.
  • Please ensure all specifications and details are correct before proceeding with your order to avoid disappointment.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Shipping Damage: In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and detailed descriptions.
    • Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you.
    • We reserve the right to request that the damaged product be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is provided.
  • Defective Products: If your product arrives defective (faulty construction or functionality), you have 10 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a resolution. We will repair or replace the defective product upon review.

Non-Custom Items

  • For non-custom products, such as accessories, cues, and other stock items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
    • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any returns of non-custom items.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Chargeback Disputes

By accepting these terms, you agree that in the event of a chargeback, we will use this return and exchange policy to support our case and recover the disputed amount.
